Jack is a seasoned professional with a diverse background that blends construction, business management, and information technology. My career began in the construction industry, where I honed my skills in project management and operations. Transitioning from construction, I went on to run my own business, where I gained valuable experience in leadership, strategic planning, and customer service.
In the field of information technology, I served as a Senior Analyst at one of the state’s largest nonprofit healthcare systems, where I specialized in system configuration and management. My technical skills are enhanced by a strong aptitude for problem-solving and innovative thinking, enabling me to address complex challenges with creative solutions. I thrive in project planning, multitasking, and providing outstanding customer service. My passion for assisting others and finding solutions drives my entrepreneurial pursuits.
Co-Founder
Randan is an Information Technology and Cyber Security professional with a strong background in manufacturing operations support, infrastructure management, and ethical hacking. My career journey includes significant roles as a Senior Analyst and Manager with a Fortune 500 Company, where I specialized in virtual desktop environments, Citrix administration, and infrastructure support. I have a proven track record in driving technology utilization and innovation, particularly in the manufacturing sector, where I earned the prestigious CIO Award for my work in Next Gen Bio-Metrics in 2018.
As an Independent Security Researcher, I have spent the past eight years hunting for vulnerabilities across various platforms, honing my skills in ethical hacking with tools like Kali Linux and Burp Suite. My passion for cyber security is reflected in my ongoing pursuit of certifications, including CompTIA Security+, CEH, and OSCP.
In addition to my technical expertise, I excel in problem-solving and thinking outside the box to find creative and effective solutions to complex challenges. Whether it’s troubleshooting intricate systems or devising innovative approaches to security, I am committed to overcoming obstacles and delivering results. I bring strong project planning, multitasking, and customer service skills to every team I work with. I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and data integrity, ensuring that systems are secure and efficient.
Beyond my professional life, I am a devoted husband to my wife of 10 years and a proud father to two energetic boys, aged 3 and 6. I am also an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, have a keen interest in outdoor survival, and am a firearms enthusiast. My personal values are deeply rooted in my faith, my love for my country, and my commitment to my family. A veteran of the United States Air Force National Guard, I am now focused on building a successful business that provides essential services to those in need.
